dsc_0187Sarah Ribron serves as Director for Resort and Community Missions.  She is responsible for coordinating and managing all GIM ministry and volunteer teams.  She is originally from Brunswick, Ga where she has served the community for 6+ years. Sarah has a B.A. in American Studies with a concentration in Cross-Cultural Communications.  She currently resides in Texas where she will pursue her Master’s degree.  Over the past few years she has worked with our inner-city neighborhoods, created local kids clubs, summer camps, led on her college’s ministry team, and volunteered for numerous non-profits.

Larry Wilbur serves as our Director of Missions.  He is responsible for working with our churches to help them accomplish the Great Commission.  Larry has a B.A. degree from the University of Memphis, a Masters of Religious Education degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Jacksonville Baptist Theological Seminary.  He comes to this position after serving 37 years in the local church, 25 of those as Senior Pastor.


Summer missionaries help GIM during the long summer work with each of our guest mission groups.  Our staff range from juniors and seniors in high school all the way through college students, but most are college age.  Each missionary applies, interviews, and goes through intense orientation for their resort and community training.
